30-day money-back guarantee on every paid license — no questions asked. If Calyston isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you get all of your money back. That's the whole policy; the rest of this page is just the how.
How to get a refund
Either reply to your purchase receipt (it comes from Paddle, our payment provider) or contact us with the email you bought with. The refund goes back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued; your installation simply falls back to the free Community tier, and nothing on your machine is deleted.
Try before you buy
You shouldn't need a refund to find out if Calyston fits: the Community tier is free forever, and every installation can start a 14-day Pro trial with no payment details. We'd rather you test thoroughly first than buy on faith.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel a Pro subscription anytime — it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that you get a 30-day grace period, then Calyston falls back to Community features on its own. Your recordings and settings stay untouched; nothing is ever deleted because a subscription ended.
EU withdrawal right
If you're an EU consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as a matter of law. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately more generous, so in practice you never need to invoke it — but it's yours either way.
